Cudmore to Play In Senior North/South Game
May 22, 2012MARS HILL, N.C.-- Mars Hill lacrosse team member Chris Cudmore has been selected to play in the 71st annual USILA/Lax World Division I-II Senior North/South Games.
Cudmore was selected to the team by South coaches Kevin Cassese of Lehigh University, and Shawn Nadelen of Towson University. Cudmore was a long-stick mid for Mars Hill this season and helped anchor a stout Lions defense. Cudmore forced a team-best 35 turnovers this season, while piling up 81 ground balls. He was named to the USILA All-American Second Team, and was also an All-Deep South Conference First Team honoree.
This year's USILA/Lax World Division I-II Senior North/South Game will be played at Harvard Stadium in Boston, Mass. on Friday, May 25 at 5:30 p.m. The game originated in 1940 and was played at Municipal Stadium in Baltimore, Md.
